About Us
We are based in Yorkshire and successfully trade at Continental and Farmers' & Producers markets. Our passion for Mediterranean gourmet foods began, properly, in France in 1976. Local produce of succulent Bayonne ham and Provencial olives, Foie Gras d ’oie began our gastronmic journey of discovery. Then, in Spain, Fabada Asturianas, Chorizo and Pequillo convinced us that Mediterranean foods shouldn't just be enjoyed on holiday.
